The Remnants of the Republic

The American left might be unable to investigate obvious and openly committed crimes, produce jobs, improve the economy or know which bathroom to go to with the highly limited options of "men" or "women," but they can keep a secret for decades. And, we thought Harvey Weinstein was the news of the day.

It now appears that the reason the Fast and Furious scandal and Hillary Clinton's emails couldn't be competently investigated is all of the leadership in the FBI and the Justice Department were involved in tracking the bribes, payoffs, pay for play, coercion, money-laundering and extortion associated with Russian purchase of uranium and apparently covering up the facts of the investigation to allow the uranium deal to go through.

While Jeff Sessions seems to be an affable sort of guy, that's really not what is needed here and now. This is the sort of thing that proves a government to be a banana republic; this is the sort of thing that leads to revolution. The person who will decide that is Jeff Sessions. While we all knew what was going on in the Holder/Lynch DOJ, there was no smoking gun and without that you don't take down anyone of real political power. But, because they thought Hillary Clinton was going to win the election and everything would be kept safely under the rug and any whistleblowers would be dealt with in the Arkansas fashion, there are smoking guns laying all around Washington D.C. with engraved initials.

From what I heard, Mueller (the head of the FBI during the Fast and Furious scandal), Eric Holder (the Attorney General during the Fast and Furious scandal) Rubenstein and Comey all had specific knowledge of the aforementioned bribes, payoffs, play for play, coercion, money-laundering and extortion taking place during the Russian acquisition of 20% of America's uranium. This is only curious, because these are the same characters involved in the investigation of the Trump/Russia collusion investigation.

The troubling part of this becoming known is when Attorney General Jeff Sessions was asked if Rubenstein the Deputy Attorney General should be allowed to investigate his own role in the Russian/Clinton collusion investigation into these allegations of criminal activity, Sessions replied: "It would be his [Rubenstein's] decision. He is a man of integrity and ability..."
Are you kidding me? An ethical person would have "leaked" this sort of information to the media BEFORE the election and would not have appointed Mueller to investigate the bogus allegations against Trump/Russia collusion to sway the election, a man who covered up the facts of the investigation and withheld them from the Senate Judiciary Committee for seven years.

These are not the actions of a man of integrity and Jeff Sessions seems much too mild-mannered to hold the post that he holds at the time that he holds it. This period in time where crimes committed by members of the Obama Administration are blatant, wanton, deliberate and persistent calls for a man  who will be aggressive and tireless in his pursuit of the truth and ultimate convictions. Nothing else will salvage the Justice Department or perhaps even the nation. Anything less than an aggressive prosecution of crimes will restore the needed sense of credibility to the Justice Department and without that credibility the whole government apparatus will be exposed as corrupt and unworthy of power.

It doesn't matter that all of those on the parapets, who have been watching this clown show for the past eight years know all of this and more, the bluff is being put up and it is Sessions' responsibility to call the bluff. Now that it is out front and involving everyone, it seems, involved in current investigations into the sitting president, this is already a ridiculous and ironical farce of justice. Everyone investigating Trump should be in jail for treason.

Governments and indeed nations don't long survive this level of corruption without a painful and wire-brush-level cleansing. I don't know how long it takes for the faithful to look eastward toward Washington and dedicate themselves to their duty to alter or abolish, but I do know that it begins with this investigation and if it turns out that this is not a Harvey Weinstein take down,  we can all watch as the rats devour the remnants of the republic.

Will We?

What appears to be chaos is not. The casual observer might not understand why millionaires playing a game are willing to attack and insult the people who fund their sport and spend big money to see them play. They might not understand why people protest and try to shut down free speech under the guise of being anti-fascist. They might not understand why people who claim to honor women and support them keep silent when they know they are being abused, assaulted and raped. They may not understand why homosexuals support Islam when the dictates of the Quoran call for the extermination of homosexuals.

The truth is actually very simple and clear. There is no such thing as the Democrat Party, it has been taken over by hard-core communists. Anyone paying attention during the last Democratic National Convention would have seen it in the Soviet flags that flew freely in the crowd and where there were almost no United States flags until after that obvious statement of their true beliefs. The next night, there were a lot of United States flags, but that was a PR move to quell criticism, because traditional Democrats haven't quite bought into the program. It is no secret, in fact it is in his book, that Barack Obama considered himself a Marxist right up until the time that he took the oath of office, but then that was just an editing procedure covered completely by the communist press.

None of this is designed as a put down, the Republican Party has plenty of communists in its own ranks, but they are just less self-aware than the Democrats. From an objective point of view, there is very little of the traditional Constitutional republic left of our nation. The government controls industry through the EPA, OSHA, labor laws, DHS, Commerce, the ACA, etc. Just because the government doesn't own the means of production doesn't mean that it hasn't encumbered industry to the point of control. They can destroy whole industries with one regulation, as Barack Obama proved through rules enacted by the EPA to destroy the coal industry. It took effect too late in his presidency for a complete destruction, but had Hillary been elected it would have ended it for good. Hillary stated this intent with the political acumen she is known for before the election. But, you see, she thought the fix was in and she didn't have to worry about the "fly-over people."

What seems like chaos, is really the end game. The deep state has enough power; the FBI and the CIA are corrupt enough now; the college students have been indoctrinated enough; there are enough communist-leaning illegal aliens to swing elections that they are sure that they can come right after the football crowd, the traditional American citizens who don't pay a lot of attention to politics, but get their social fix through association with sports teams.

What the communists are looking for are points of conflict, those small divisions between us that they can exploit to make those social divisions a reason and excuse to foment hate. They need to drive one side to the furthest extreme in order to push the other side to violence. They even use violence to push the other side to proactively defend themselves with violence. None of this is new, this is how the communists have taken power in numerous countries in the past and the playbook is being run here and now. The more they can get us to focus on one issue rather than the big picture, the easier it is for them to succeed. So, that is what they are doing, it is what Barack Obama did and the more egregious the offense, the closer they can push the single-issue people to the breaking point.

The point is not that one shouldn't be upset by the individual issues, the outrageous and the infuriating, but Black Lives Matter and Planned Parenthood are the same things; anti-American athletes and Antifa are the same things; boys using the girl's bathrooms and girls in the Boy Scouts are the same things. They are all designed to drive one group away from the other and characterize them as "evil." This is the language of genocide, it is the process of breaking down the barriers to physical confrontation in the civilized mind. It starts with disarming the "evil" ones, which translates to those who believe in individual liberties secured by the Constitution. They cannot establish a communist nation with a bunch of heavily armed individuals who will resist that final pronouncement. This is why the Second Amendment needs to be defended against any and all infringements from now until the end of time, because once that is gone, the communists will be free to prosecute their murderous agenda.

The bad news for the communists in America is that they have spent one hundred years struggling to achieve their successes and the Constitutional republic hasn't even begun to fight. The only real question is will we?

Statistical Anomalies Do Not Deserve Blood Sacrifice of the Remainder

Here is the danger with the second amendment debate at this point in time, there are no good advocates, who truly understand the issues at hand. Over at the National Review we have some half-spineless humanoid making the argument for an armed citizenry resisting government tyranny. His writing is half-hearted and apologetic about supporting the view that, yes, a determined minority of gun owners could dispel a tyrannical government.

That doesn't help, in fact it undermines the whole concept of the Second Amendment. We really don't need some guy who sounds like he would be frightened at the sight of a 1911 laying on the table to argue the merits and utility of the Second Amendment. It was as if the duty had fallen to him, but that he didn't really buy any of it or support anything about it. Hey, National Review, maybe hire a competent writer with knowledge of the issues rather than pick on some spineless dolt to do the work.

The Second Amendment was never written to enable a sport like hunting or target shooting; it was written and understood from a deadly serious point of view about the security and nature of a free state. It was written to debilitate a tyrannical government and keep it in check until it could be overthrown. Nothing that has transpired in the 20th or 21st Centuries so far has refuted the utility or importance of the Second Amendment.

The means of self-defense in the hands of the citizenry simply and clearly define the difference between slaves and citizens. It has a huge impact on the internal sense of self, both in the individual and the government that would abuse him. Our National Review jellyfish took on the idea of the U.S. Military engaging a small, but determined band of rebellious citizens and recognized that it would be a greater ordeal than many think. He invoked the Afghanis as an example of a determined foe against a modern military force. Yes, that is a good example, but times that resistance by 10,000 and you have a better understanding of any conflict between gun owners and the U.S. Military.

Any real resistance in the United States would not really involve guns, so banning them is almost useless to deter the rebels. Nearly every vehicle runs on gasoline, very useful. Communications beyond cell phones and the internet have already been established. See, this has been coming for a long time and any serious counter to an act of a tyrannical government, such as removing the possibility of self-defense, has already been game-planned. Cities, where most of the command and control would come from and where masses of communists live, are incredibly easy to debilitate and even isolate. This isn't Kabul, people in America need electricity, food and fuel delivered to them or their life will be miserable, perhaps intolerable. So, how hard is it to disrupt electricity, food and fuel deliveries? Ask the UN operating in any African nation and they will tell you. The harder the government tries to stop these acts, the more forceful they are, the more converts they will make, basically proving the arguments of the gun owners.

The Second Amendment is special, not because it protects guns, (and this is where every collectivist/communist gets it wrong) but because its violation signals a government with the intention to oppress its people. While collectivists are completely fine with establishing a totalitarian state through which they intend to force their agenda on the rest of the population, a gun owner is typically an individualist who seeks self-competency and self-reliance and prefers a government determined by individuals. This complete divergence in thought is what will drive an ultimate civil war, not because it is desired, but because these established points of view go to the very heart of what it means to be an American. So, to give up one's weapons prior to this ultimate conflict, for the gun owner, is insanity. Simultaneously, it is to the collectivist's purpose to disarm the ultimate enemy. This is why it cannot happen without conflict.

The argument, then, comes down to: Will you become a collectivist and trust the state to protect you? The answer from gun owners and many others is NO. Gun owners are completely aware that huge strides have been taken in the direction of a totalitarian government already and disarmament would be the last straw. This is why none of these sensationalist mass shooting have an effect on their point of view. Mass shootings are statistical outcasts in a land where guns are used (CDC figures) some 250,000 times a year to deter crime, or frighten away an intruder. No matter how many times these mass shootings take place, the knowledge that gun ownership reduces crime and protects families cannot be dispelled by emotional arguments.

No matter how many mass shootings occur, when the solution is to follow the pattern of history that has resulted in the deaths of over 100 million unarmed, defenseless people, there is not much of an argument the collectivists can make to persuade them. Nor should there be.

Gun Rights Expose the Left As Communists

A good thing for gun rights advocates and their opponents to keep in mind is that the Second Amendment is not an authorization, it is not a creation of a right, it is the acknowledgement of an absolute right to defend oneself against criminals either inside or outside of the government.

The shooting event in Las Vegas cannot be absolutely ruled out as a false flag operation and, in fact, several indicators point to just that, so no law would have prevented the government from setting up this fiasco and covering their tracks with the same arrogance they covered up the facts of Waco and Fast and Furious.

There is no dispute that the government was willing to sacrifice the lives of hundreds, perhaps thousands of Mexicans in the Fast and Furious scandal in an attempt to pass an assault weapons ban. Witnessing this abusive policy is the reason ATF agents, appalled at the actions and cynical nature of Fast and Furious risked their lives to expose it. Given that track record, why should anyone consider that the government agencies involved in that would not do the same thing in America when gun rights advocates like Gun Owners of America were starting to chip away at other infringements of the Second Amendment, just to show the power of the deep state? This is the type of government and government officials we are dealing with here.

I can list off all of the Supreme Court decisions that I want and it won't make my argument any more compelling to those who disagree with the Second Amendment, nor will it make supporters any more emboldened by the facts, because this is not a legal question. It is a political question. Does the government have the ability to arrest over 100,000,000 gun owners and seize over 400,000,000 guns?

When the question was one of arresting 12,000,000 illegal immigrants (conservative estimate) the leftist/collectivists said no, not possible, but when that same question is asked of them about 100,000,000 gun owners, the answer is yes. That tells you all you need to know about how ruthless the collectivists are willing to be when it comes to law-abiding American citizens who don't vote for them versus illegal immigrants that do vote for them.

This is exactly what the Second Amendment was all about. It was to protect the people from the government and other people who would exact their vengeance against them. This is why we are not a democracy under which the majority could decide that certain rights for certain people didn't apply and would use the power of the government to oppress them. So, when it comes down to the question of whether or not to abolish the Second Amendment the real, underlying question is: Will the government cease to be a republic? The United States cannot be both a republic defending individual rights and simultaneously a democracy open to mob rule. It is one or the other and it is perhaps the gun issue that reveals the change in status from a republic to a communist state over the past two hundred years and alerts patriots to their duty to defend the republic or abolish the flawed, corrupted remnants of it.

Interview on 56 KLZ Oct 5th

I will be appearing on 56 KLZ in Denver tomorrow, Thursday Oct. 5th at 4:05 pm MST on the Rush To Reason program hosted by John Rush and co-hosted by Dan Meurer to discuss Lies of Omission.

Podcast

Listen Live

This radio show is special to me for a number of reasons including that it is a product of the Crawford Broadcasting network, which anyone who has listened to any of their programming knows, produces Christian broadcasting along with patriotic devotion. It is this nexus that is important to a guy who writes on the Christian Mercenary blog.

12 Round Productions, Inc was founded by myself and Pete White for the specific purpose of opening up a new media front in the battle for individual liberty. The success of Lies of Omission determines our ultimate success in providing a continuing effort to push back against the forces of tyranny by exposing the lies told to us by the media and government to perpetuate the assault on individual freedoms and liberty, chief among them are the First Amendment freedoms of speech, press and peaceful assembly, but also the freedom of religion. Also, the Second Amendment rights to weapons with which to defend ourselves and our rights from a tyrannical government. This is especially critical in the aftermath of the Las Vegas attack which has seen an assault not only on the people who attended the concert, but also on the very freedoms we hold dear.

The United States is a complicated place right now. We are no longer able to simply go about our business of living life, we must always be cognizant of these infringements and prepared to defend our rights through a multitude of actions. Rhetoric will no longer do the job, we Pete and I have put a great deal of effort and money into the idea of 12 Round Productions as a service to defending these rights. But, without 56 KLZ and other broadcasting opportunities we will fail.

Now, the worst that can happen to us if we fail is we lose the money we have invested in this endeavor, which we have already figured into the equation and written it off as a good deed done for this nation and our fellow citizens. The worst that can happen to this nation, if we fail, is that a lot of infringements will go on without being called out, without being recognized and publicized and countered with facts and personal accounts.

Even if one forgets that 12 Round Productions will cease to exist as a counter to the tyrannical forces aligned against all Americans, there are still a number of people in the film that deserve to be listened to and their messages shared with subsequent generations of Americans, the ones who will suffer the most from our failure.

So, please listen to this interview and share the link to the recording of it with your local radio stations and request that Lies of Omission be a topic on a local radio show. It is the only way this sort of film will ever get the recognition that the people in it deserve.

Fact-Blindness and the Left

You cannot ban guns in the United States. No laws in effect have been effective in stopping gun crime for the simple and obvious reason that criminals don't care about laws. Many who engage in mass shootings have no intention of surviving the experience, so they have no reverence at all for some crime they might commit. You can't prosecute a corpse.

It is so infuriating to suffer the stupidity of the left time after time. The issues are not in dispute by any logical, thoughtful person seeking the truth. Chicago as an example of the leftist utopia that it has been for a century demonstrates that all of their collectivist impulses toward immigration, gun laws, taxes and education prove the fallacy of their arguments. But, collectivists never acknowledge the facts or the truth, they spend all of their time in the future, where everything is better and all of their fallacious beliefs have resulted in an utopian existence. The reason the future is so alluring to them is the present, their present, the present created by their unwillingness to accept some obvious truths is hell.

So, after Las Vegas, we go back into the reactionary mode of writing laws and banning things that if it worked, Chicago would not be the disaster that it is. A good model to counter the Chicago example is Houston. As far as population, percentage of minorities and crime go, they are essentially the same, but where gun laws go they are completely different. There are no gun shops in Chicago, but in Houston their are over 1000 places to purchase weapons. In Chicago, there is no concealed carry law, whereas in Houston there is. In Chicago, homicides run around 500 per year; in Houston there are roughly 200.

But, look at any honest statistic you choose and you will find the same thing. Guns reduce crime. Guns reduce murder rates. Guns are used, by the Center for Disease Control numbers, 240,000 times a year to ward off intruders or prevent crime. That is the number of times it has been reported to officials and does not account for the times when an individual either drew his weapon or revealed its presence to an offender to stop a crime from occurring without any further action. It is obvious to anyone not afflicted with the collectivist disease of fact-blindness outcome-denial that an armed, or possibly armed individual is too great a risk to a thief or murderer to engage.

That is the problem, the collectivists aren't interested in the truth or outcome, they seek only the disarmament of those they intend to oppress. Those hundreds of millions of guns out there in society have thus far prevented them from being able to pursue with vigor their vision of a communist state in America. They have worked their way through education, government agencies and the media and turned those entities into collectivist havens with the intent of turning public opinion away from the individual rights we enjoy. They have diluted the Constitution through government policy with the ultimate goal of discarding it as soon as possible. The only stumbling block is the Second Amendment and they are coming hard to get rid of it. They don't care how many false flags they have to put up, how many lives they have to destroy, because like any good communist, the end justifies the means.

Nowhere in history have the collectivists bothered to count their corpses. The only ones who have ever been interested in that tally are the historians of the West and they are determined to eliminate them.

Is Paddock A Typical Democrat These Days?

I don't usually write a post this close to an event, because I like to have my facts in line before I spout some nonsense, but some things are already clear and I feel comfortable wading in at this point, because many of the issues brought out today have been true for a very long time.

From everything I hear about Stephen Paddock, it would suggest that he was not a violent person motivated by hatred or politics. That is what I hear, but the facts don't seem to line up with that description.

One point is that the leftists are much more violent than in previous years. There are no normal type Democrats left, they have all been radicalized by the election of Donald Trump, or the lost election of Hillary Clinton. This from a CBS lawyer Hayley Geftman-Gold: "I’m actually not even sympathetic [because] country music fans often are Republican gun toters.” So, what is the definition of a "typical" Democrat these days? The leftist support of Antifa says a lot more about the degree to which they believe that Republicans, or more accurately conservatives or Trump supporters deserve the violence done to them. Think on that a second, the average run-of-the-mill Democrat believes and is comfortable enough in their bigotry to post on social media their belief that their political opponents deserve to be hurt or killed simply because of their political beliefs.

As far as Stephen Paddock is concerned, he would seem to be the average run-of-the-mill Democrat. But, we know that he committed this act of violence against what only an American would identify as conservatives for the type of music they listen to. The act was planned far in advance. For one thing, I am as tied into the gun-culture as anyone, but I don't know where I would go to simply purchase an automatic-fire weapon without having endured the massive cost of obtaining the permits and suffering the anal-exam of the federal background check. But, he did.

If Paddock had no ties to extremist groups, yet was capable of this level of planning and capable of obtaining automatic-fire weapons, he was a patsy and all of this was arranged by a group that was motivated to commit a terrorist act and place Paddock at the scene to take the fall. That goes against everything that is being put out by government officials.

But, we live in a society today that encourages this sort of violence against conservatives, white people and Trump supporters. This is the perspective that makes genocide possible and these smaller acts of violence seem encouraged, or at least silently supported by people like Geftman-Gold, who express no sympathy for this level of carnage against people who listen to country music.

This is what I have been posting about for a long, long time. When any given political party is infused with the attitude that it is "open season" on the opposing political party genocide is possible. And, if it is possible, it is likely. But, this is why it is imperative that we find out as much as we can about the motivations of Stephen Paddock, so we can gauge our progression on the genocide timeline. But, that is increasingly difficult where Facebook and Twitter can be scrubbed before the independent and citizen media can get the critical information to oppose and expose the "fake news" that is likely to be put out by the propaganda outlets of the MSM.

That the left is already rushing to the concept of gun control raises several questions. Yes, of course, they will go for that every time, but there is more at stake here with the new paradigm of "typical" Democrats and their desire to side with Jihadists and Antifa and disarm conservatives while at the same time building the narrative that it is at least nominally acceptable to kill conservatives.

The death cult of the left, from Stalin on down to Geftman-Gold, is alive and well and aimed directly at the right wrapped tightly in their justification for their murderous inclinations. So, if Stephen Paddock turns out to be a typical Democrat, we are very close to the promised genocide and every gun restriction they propose is meant only to disarm their enemy. If Stephen Paddock has been radicalized by Antifa or Jihadists, it is only because the left has gone so far with its message of hatred that it seemed a reasonable response to an election. Consider that for a second. This is a case for expanded open carry rights rather than a reason to comply with those who want to disarm Americans.

On a day when we should all be banding together to come to grips with this tragedy, we are forced by statements from Geftman-Gold and the calls for the disarmament of the law-abiding right, to defend ourselves.

Please support our efforts by purchasing a DVD of Lies of Omission the compelling new documentary that exposes the lies and cover ups of the leftist media.

Hypocrisy Before Annihilation

Spenser Rapone, the Marxist West Point graduate who outed himself on Twitter, is just another example, maybe the most illustrative example, of the constant push of communists in society. There is no lack of evidence, even though when I write about "communists" it sounds like a throwback to the Cold War and difficult even for myself to take seriously. But, that is just the point. Through the educational system and the constant brainwashing of the media, I have been taught to take threats of communism in our society with a grain of salt. It worked!

Intellectually, I understand the issue quite well and have written extensively about the encroachment of collectivism in America, but naming it "communism" seems weak and irrational. But, this is the success they have had in branding all accusations of communism in our society as baseless and fear-mongering. It is a testament to the depth and persistence the communists have had over the past hundred years.

Americans have to continually rebrand things as the success of countermeasures increase. Accusations of communists once worked well to expose those working to undermine and control the republican state, but McCarthy went too far and in his zeal destroyed the anti-communist instinct for decades including up to the present. Or, was it that the communists in the media destroyed McCarthy as he became more effective in identifying and calling them out in government? Truth is hardly ever what any one person thinks it is. It does not change the current situation, except that it makes the accusation of communism seem weak and desperate, but that is exactly what we are facing.

Communists and jihadists have always been aligned along the same trajectory, the destruction or the conquering of the West. The methods are roughly the same, to dig into Western societies, get into the root of it and bend the rules and the laws toward their purpose. The larger problem is that the West is weak and incapable of resisting these intentions while maintaining their inclination toward freedom. This forces Western societies to hold back, to restrain themselves in an attempt to preserve what makes them unique: the ideals of free speech, religious liberty, majority rule, the immunity of individual rights to the majority, etc.

The crux is that communism is alive and well and gaining ground as we avert our eyes in an attempt to seem "reasonable." There is always a point where civility and reasonableness must be suspended as war is neither. When confronted with an uncivil and unreasonable foe, it must be matched and even exceeded in order to win. Just as barbarism led to the settling of this nation, a fact that the enemies of America have used as a means to reconquer it in the name of communism, it will be necessary to revert to barbarism in order to keep it.

This is a fact that many Americans find abhorrent, but it is a fact. The choice is fairly clear: maintain reasonableness and suffer defeat, or abandon reasonableness and survive. It is the seed of individual rights that must survive, even if we, as a people, must deny it to others to retain it for ourselves. What I am describing here is hypocrisy. It is a dangerous prescription and fraught with temptation to become exactly what we are trying to defeat. It's a risk we will have to take, because being reasonable and offering ourselves up to cultures too barbaric to understand the complicated nature of individual liberty will get us annihilated.

NFL No Fidelity League

There's a reason that LIe is the first word in Liberal. Everything about the anthem protest issue is a lie. It is not about racial equality, whenever that is brought up it is in connection with BLM and the myth that blacks are racially targeted by police. Every statistic shows that they are not. The incidents that were taken as excuses for riots by BLM, were largely proven to be legitimate officer actions in response to a criminal act. There have been incidents against blacks, whites and Hispanics where the actions of the police were unnecessary, uncalled for and in some cases criminal, but that is a shared result among the larger percentages of the population.

Where these anthem protesters claim that it is not intended to protest the nation, what would be the purpose of protesting the national anthem if it is not intended to protest the nation? Kaepernick has been very clear about his feelings about the United States of America.

"I’ll continue to stand with the people who are being oppressed. To me, this is something that has to change, and when there’s significant change — and I feel like that flag represents what it’s supposed to represent, and this country is representing people the way it’s supposed to — I’ll stand."

Kaepernick lays it on the nation, not the cops, the whole nation, everyone in the stands, every government official and he will continue to besmirch the nation until he gets the nation the way he wants it to be, when he is satisfied. So, what does he want it to be? He wants it to be a communist country, because Kaepernick is a proud communist. Che Guevara, his hero, was a racist and a homophobe and only got cured of his racism when he became a communist and could use the racial issue to his advantage. Sound familiar?

The national anthem protests are not about race, they are not about equality they are just a tactic used by the collectivists. It's right out of the playbook.

The protests are not about free speech. That is another lie the liberals tell. No one has stopped or even threatened to stop the protests. If anything, the establishment (NFL and ownership) have enabled them, violating the rules of the NFL, which obviously stands for No Fidelity League. This is what happens when the establishment runs into collectivists, they run and hide, fearful of being labeled one thing or another. They were not afraid to sanction Tim Tebow for taking a knee for the Lord, however.

This is how bold they are. Imagine how bold they will be when they have destroyed a beloved sport for all those who thought they could sit this conflict out.

Collecivist Roots of NFL's Anthem Protest

Any form of entertainment is of little consequence in the issues of the day, but the NFL's acceptance of the "take a knee" response to the national anthem is a bit different in the sense that it illuminates the manner and method of the collectivist efforts to destroy any semblance of American culture, something that has been under assault for decades.

Now, if Colin Kaepernick had wanted to protest whatever it is that he is protesting, I would have no issue with it, but when it is the national anthem that is being protested it affects the American culture. But it is all a ploy; it is really to show the weakness of the American resistance to collectivism. If the collectivists can go into a uniquely American activity and attack it ruthlessly and obtain the results they want, which is to have the national anthem banned at sports activities, they expose the thin dedication to American principles held by the average American. It is designed to discourage patriotism and to bolster the enemies of the American system.

The national anthem bolsters patriotism; it reminds us of the price paid for freedom is the blood of our people, the lives of our soldiers. It harkens back to the time we stood against the crown of England and proclaimed our dedication to our own system of government. It was written during the War of 1812, when we were already an established nation and were attacked by those from whom we won our independence.

The collectivists try to use one verse that is not even sung or included in the Star Spangled Banner that we sing, but was written by Francis Scott Key as their reason, but that is fallacious and subordinate to their real reason, which was to stand with Black Lives Matter, a terrorist organization that encourages the killing of police officers. Kaepernick's support for Che Guevara and Fidel Castro tell you that his background, his purpose is to encourage collectivism, because if he were true to his principles, he would have to acknowledge that Che Guevara was a known and rabid racist against blacks. But, that never seems to make the news. It is a Lie of Omission.

While it is self-serving of me to point out that if one wants to stand for America, for the patriots who care about this nation, you can stop spending money on the NFL and support the film Lies of Omission, because I know we will use the funds to enhance and bolster the American ideals of freedom, liberty and justice, because that is what we have always been about. Give some money to other organizations, Gun Owners of America, the Sangre de Cristo Sentinel, etc. I know those associated with those organizations and they are dedicated to liberty and freedom and have made sacrifices to those same goals. But, for heaven's sake, don't complain, find a better place to put your cash than the NFL.

The idea is to do something positive rather than support an organization filled with sympathizers with murdering collectivists. We know where Kaepernick stands, he stands with murderous racists like Che Guevara and anyone who stands by him in solidarity stands by them as well.

Gun Owners News Hour

Larry Pratt had me on his radio show Gun Owners News Hour the other day to talk about Lies of Omission. The interview can be heard here.

Not Enough

I have been buoyed by the support we have gotten from hundreds of people both while making the film Lies of Omission and by those who have purchased it from the website. None of it was ever done to support me as a person, but to support the message that those in the film were trying to bring to those less astute than the average reader of this blog and many others. It is and always has been a tool to help educate those who will not read The Road To Serfdom or anything else that might expand their understanding of the predicament the people of this nation are in. I hope it is, and we tried to make it, something that even the astute can value for the perspectives that it brings forth by the people we interviewed.

And, then there is the other side of this issue which is to take to task our efforts as foolish and just plain wrong. Well, this wouldn't be a collection of individualists if we didn't disagree about all sorts of things. I certainly have my disagreements with any number of individuals and organizations, but I recognize that it does no good to air my disagreements when I can just as easily address the issues in private e-mails if I feel it is important to do so.

Over the years there are those who have wondered why I have not gotten off the porch. Okay, valid enough question. But first, there is the mistaken assumption that I have not gotten off the porch. Putting every dime of my available funds toward things like the film, the Siege of DC, the Constitutionalist, the Patcons I have paid for myself and on and on is somehow not getting off the porch? Putting myself out there for ridicule and harassment by the IRS isn't getting off the porch? My family would not agree that I have stayed on the porch when so much has been sacrificed to pursue liberty and they know that when it comes to "nut-cutting" time, they will lose out again, but we aren't there, yet.

The reason we are not there, yet is because of this fed-infused movement, this destroy everyone that takes a different tack or comes at the problem from a different angle than someone else attitude that permeates this group, if you can call it that. It is that division that makes this group impotent, because every action requires not only leaders, but those willing to follow and it is the second category that we lack. Where I have led, I have done so, because no one else was going in the direction I thought we should go, or I would have followed someone else. It would have been much cheaper and less demanding on me if I would have been able to simply donate to someone else's "Gone With The Wind" production of a pro-liberty film. Lord knows I didn't need to do this for me, but I saw I was capable of it and that it needed to be done. Because, guess what? There are no reinforcements without things like Lies of Omission that points out the need for reinforcements.

Okay, I have done what I consider to be my duty and will continue to promote the film here and elsewhere, because I owe it to those who gave us the time to do their interviews and those who would benefit from hearing what they had to say. The rest of it, the insults, the criticisms I will take as part of the price of doing what I felt was right and putting my effort and funds toward it and when that time comes that I have to look at my grandkids in the eye (if I'm still around) and explain what I did to stop this insanity, I will have a list. Then, I will explain that had half of this group been willing to follow instead of lead, we might have made a difference, but not enough of us would do it.

Genocide: The Collectivist Answer

The Washington Times published an article about the effort to hold "climate change deniers" legally culpable for their views. It is just another case of never let truth or science get in the way of the religion of anthropogenic global warming.

Hurricanes Harvey and Irma were going to incite the collectivists in the global warming cult; that was a given. But it illuminates the current state of collectivism in the liberal solar system, which is: it is okay to attack someone they consider a "Nazi" and the definition of Nazi might be anything they find contrary to the collectivist mantra; Ben Shapiro, by his very existence, is guilty of rhetorical thuggery whenever he speaks against the collectivist agenda and those who find enough science to doubt the anthropogenic source of global warming can be jailed.

What we see is that the collectivist liberals are in the process of criminalizing opposition to the tenets of their death cult, paving the way for them to engage in genocide. As drastic or sensationalized as that seems, it is verifiable from the origins of every genocide ever committed.

The first step, always, is to demonize or blame the intended victim for the ills of society as in blaming capitalism for poverty; Christianity for feelings of immorality; white people for the social condition of minorities. And, where there is no evidence that there is a connection between any of these causes and effects, the personal testimonial of a liberal who FEELS that there is a connection is good enough for government work.

In thinking through collectivism, it becomes quickly apparent that the solution to all social ills is government. The solution never is more liberty or less regulation, even though that may be the exact solution to any given social issue. The goal of collectivism is more government and control. Despite the obvious conclusion that all collectivism ever yields is a field full of bodies to be covered up and the misery of the average citizen, collectivists are never deterred. They are either evil enough to lust for the genocide or foolish enough to believe that it will lead to a better world, they all still agree that a genocide is necessary to either heal the planet or rid the world of opponents, but genocide is the answer.

To witness the objectivization of a whole group of people is breath-taking. Having grown up in the shadow of World War II, being informed of all of the actions of the German people and shaking one's head at how that could ever take place has given way to watching it take place in America. It is a narrower and narrower path one must walk to avoid physical harm; it is a narrower and narrower thought path that one must adhere to to avoid ridicule, defamation and ostracization. Say the wrong thing and one can be made unhireable, even if that statement were true.

The collectivist has no interest in the truth, because compliance with even the most outrageously false statement must be accepted and recited. To deviate is to lose everything. This is why racial issues don't have anything to do with racism, why gender issues don't have anything to do with gender, why feminist issues don't have anything to do with misogyny. These are simply the tenets of the religion of collectivism and being able to accurately recite the appropriate response to any issue arising regarding any of them is the key to social acceptance. In reality, it is all just designed to "other" capitalists or republican ideals. To make capitalism or the Constitution deplorable and therefore punishable for speaking of such things. This is how one gets to genocide.

Don't think there is a path toward compliance that includes just having a different view point, they will continually move the goal post for you, the filthy capitalist.

Mr. Jeff Sessions

Apparently, we are going to have to deluge Jeff Session's office with demands. Whatever happened to the idea of being able to count on the law enforcement offices to do their job? What level of criminality must be present before the Attorney General will take the steps to hold everyone accountable. The fact is, none of us would have gotten away with what the rich and powerful have gotten away with on television.

Yeah, I know it's been this way for a long time and there is nothing new under the sun, but I had some respect for Jeff Sessions before he became Attorney General and I thought he would be a good AG, because he had always struck me as a law and order guy, no matter which way the blade of justice cut. I don't think that anymore. I have given him time to get his organization in line and start pursuing the obvious criminals standing right in front of him, but he hasn't.

Now, we learn that Lois Lerner, the woman who used the IRS to attack me, little old me, simply because I had gone to a thing called "Take the Townhalls to DC" where a bunch of us met up in Washington DC and went through the House of Representatives, to each of our representative's offices and demanded answers of the staff there and implored them not to pass Obamacare, I was attacked. Within two weeks of this event, I found an IRS agent in my office demanding to see my records. "Where are your papers, Mr. Davis?"

My business was investigated and when they found nothing in 2009, they moved on to 2010 and when they found nothing in 2010 and I was shutting down my business for lack of economic activity in 2011, they found something, or created something. I still maintain that I made every payment, filed every return, but mysteriously, they lost the last return I filed. I guess they waited to try and find something legitimate before they "created" a violation, but I could produce no evidence that I paid it, no canceled check, nothing. Maybe I did miss it, I just don't think so, but since I couldn't prove I paid it, eventually I did pay the required amount. Though they had threatened me with owing them several hundred thousand dollars, they settled for the $3,400 that I actually may have not paid.

Mr. Sessions, you have no idea the thousands of conservatives who were put through hell by the agents of Ms. Lerner. To give her a pass when there was no forgiveness on her side, when the most ruthless of tactics were used as a bludgeon by her and her agents, I cannot fathom your leniency other than corruption. This, sir, is what makes radicals out of the common man. This obvious double-standard for the rich and powerful against the common laborer, who struggles to pay taxes, who has their profits sacrificed to pay for the excesses of others can drive one mad.

Oathkeepers Requests Volunteers

12 Round Productions is on the verge of some very positive developments, but others have failed to develop, so I am holding my tongue when it comes to who, what and where. The middle of this month will be important for us. But, I cannot go forward without addressing a few things that come to mind.

It has been brought up more than once that there is a sort of joy taken in the difficulties of one of our own. I don't understand that, but I have felt it. I thought the III% would support us. I thought the Oathkeepers would support us. I thought big blog sites would support us. I thought gun stores would support us. While we have gotten support from some of all of those groups, there has been no blanket support or real encouragement. But, it is for each to decide for themselves what they want to encourage and what they want to discourage. I just thought that with our ability to help so many other liberty-focused efforts that even those who did not particularly support Lies of Omission might want to support our ultimate purpose.

But, we are adults and recognize that it is our company to grow and our support to track down, tackle and bring back to the cave.

I bring this up, because it goes deeper than just 12 Round Productions and Lies of Omission. I noticed in the news where Oathkeepers were asking for volunteers, i.e., retired police officers to help to secure a warehouse down in Texas where supplies were being shipped, but also subject to hijacking by the locals as the warehouse is in a bad neighborhood where gangs and crime are rampant. Well, having been snubbed by Stewart Rhodes where Lies of Omission is concerned, even though it benefits, or could benefit to a great deal, the memory of his good friend Mike Vanderboegh, my first instinct was to play the old, "where were they when we could have used their help" sort of routine. Then, I realized I was falling into the same nonsense I had just been criticizing. So, I won't.

What Stewart Rhodes and Oathkeepers are asking for are professionals, who can recognize a threat and deal with it effectively.

I have always hated that aspect of this factionalized community, where one will not assist another because their sense of ethics have been violated, or they once talked to someone who had violated their sense of ethics and there are just as many who refuse to assist THAT one because somewhere along the lines of 20 some years of activism they had stepped out of the lines of another group, or once spoke to someone who had.

What Oathkeepers are asking for is good and decent and they don't really want my help, but I will gladly support what they are trying to do.

Pro-Liberty Film Needs Support

Lies of Omission was supposed to do more than preserve the voices and perspectives of Mike Vanderboegh, David Codrea, Matt Bracken, Kit Perez, Claire Wolfe and Gun Owners of America's Larry Pratt. It was supposed to fuel an engine (12 Round Productions) to counter the collectivist agenda. It was supposed to extend out into the community highlighting other efforts and organizations. We had some good follow-up films we wanted to do, primarily The Vanderboegh Tapes, which was to be a two-disc set of the full interview with Mike Vanderboegh, which would be a financial loser, but a cultural boon. We had hoped to be able to absorb those costs through the profits from Lies of Omission.

A film of this type does not make it through the normal routes, there were no grants to obtain or funding sources looking for a conservative, pro-liberty message. They did want LGBTQ films, they did want tales of Social Justice Warrior actions and BLM accounts of protests (riots). That is what we were up against and what YOUR message of liberty and freedom are up against, a wide and persistent message that everything you believe in is wrong. We had hoped to be a force against all of that.

This is a difficult post to write, because we have had a great deal of support for Lies of Omission, but there has been criticism from inside the ranks. The truth is, we have done what we set out to do. We preserved the voices and perspectives of six liberty activists that, for the most part, have gotten little or no positive attention in the past. This film will exist long after all of us are gone and that, to me, is success, but it squanders a great opportunity to do much more.

While a lot of people deserved to be better compensated for their efforts on the film, no one would feel cheated if we were unable to compensate them any further. Those very few who have contributed to the creation of The Vanderboegh Tapes in advance can have their funds refunded with a note that there is not enough interest to follow through.

I have paid attention to the well-meaning detractors, who often mentioned that we should have gone straight to VOD and forget the DVD, but that comes with some problems from my perspective. One is, they can take down the internet at the most crucial time for Team Freedom, or delete any of those files from Amazon, YouTube, Netflix and etc., for "hate speech" violations. Gone! That can't happen with a DVD, sure it is a little old-fashioned, but the durability and portability is unparalleled. And, we will go to VOD in a few months, VOD distribution has evolved from the days when one needed permission from a distributor and a distribution deal. Today, it can be done with listing fees and little or no "piece" to the distributor, because it exists as a one-time setup on the major subscription sites with SEO. As long as it exists on the subscription service, then it is largely our responsibility to drive demand and build awareness.

Make no mistake, we are not abandoning ship, but Lies of Omission is beginning to look more like a one-off rather than the start of something beneficial for any number of groups and individuals who have been involved in the fight for liberty for decades and even some of those innovative younger organizations like TPUSA, which was in the sites as well.

But, you CAN still do something. You can change the course of events. You can put us back on track by supporting and promoting Lies of Omission with DVD purchases, telling your local talk show host about the film and 12 Round Productions and what we are trying to accomplish. You can suggest the film as curriculum in home school organizations. You can go to IMDb.com and rate the film high to get the attention of distributors who actually pay an advance.

No matter which way this goes, it has been a pleasure to work with those who made Lies of Omission possible.

Those Who Seek Power

The recall effort in Custer County, Colorado is more than a small town problem being dealt with, it is instructive as to how politics in this nation must be done. It is self defense, it is defending the homestead from invaders, because if you realize that these county commissioners had drafted legislation and were intent on pursuing a policy whereby a person could be jailed for repairing a broken outdoor light fixture (typically a yard light on a farm or ranch) in the interest of perhaps 6 or 7 other collectivists who wanted to eliminate "light pollution" in a rural mountain village and surrounding county and still think that the overwhelming majority shouldn't toss them out on their ears, then we will never understand each other. And, to the degree that this course of action might be emulated elsewhere, where the collectivist hooks be extracted by legal force, this is a good thing.

Collectivists operate by deception, it is their trademark, and these three individuals, having secured their seats one at a time, masquerading as conservatives to a largely disinterested population with much more to worry about than the actions of a county commission sworn to defend the Constitution, simply picked a few "Rs" on the list and gave it no more thought, until the Trojan Horse candidates revealed themselves for their true natures.

Ann Bathrop and Ann Willson took it upon themselves, being nothing more than ticked off women who had been betrayed, like every other resident of Custer County and dug into the statutes to discover the long and arduous process of having all three commissioners recalled at the same time, a monumental task, but not beyond their abilities nor their energy and they succeeded.

What was the response from these representatives of the people? Of course they came into the meeting bothered, angry and belligerent with the air of people who have told the citizens to pack sand only to have that sand thrown back at them. Who did these little people think they were? They were, by God, the rightful rulers of their domain, the owners of the seats in which those belligerent asses sat. Sometimes that has to be recalled and emphasized, if for no other reason that to put the next thug in line on notice.

Unfortunately, this is not a victory dance, but rather a well-deserved respite and a chance to gather strength before the push begins to have those seats filled with other, more appropriate posteriors in the coming months, but for the two Ann's it is a job well done and a grateful county thanks you for your tireless effort. Had they any interest, these are two of the people who should rightfully take those seats, but as I have noted before: "the people who seek power are hardly ever the ones who should possess it."

The Vanderboegh Tapes

It has felt good to get back to my usual political commentary instead of the constant shilling for the DVD of Lies of Omission, but sometimes something comes along that has to be shared with those who helped to fund it and have taken the time and purchased the DVD.
http://sangredecristosentinel.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/081817-24.pdf
The readable copy of the article is here.

David has done an immense amount of work to help get this DVD into the hands of the people who can use it to its fullest and we appreciate it greatly. The purpose of the DVD is to have something to hand off to someone who can use it. We want it to be disseminated. There will come a time when we go the Video On Demand (VOD) route and that is being put in place as we speak, but if you haven't noticed, time is of the essence. It also takes anywhere from 3-6 months to realize any proceeds from VOD and we are in the process of filming B-roll for the next project which we are revealing today for those who have not purchased the DVD, who are already aware of the Vanderboegh Tapes.

The Vanderboegh Tapes will be the full interview with Mike Vanderboegh, who has insights and intimate knowledge of events surrounding Waco, Oklahoma City, Fast and Furious, the militia movement and the Clinton crimes as well as his evolution from communist "killer tomato" to founder of the III% Movement.

We will not be seeking donations for Vanderboegh Tapes, the whole idea of Lies of Omission was to set up a process by which we can produce these types of films from the economic engine of previous projects. There is a way to get a discount on the Vanderboegh Tapes with a coupon in the case of Lies of Omission, but aside from that this project will be internally funded.

Radio Interview

Radio interview with Dan Lynch on KUBC 580 AM this morning Aug 17th.http://580kubc.com/t-l-davis-wrote-and-produced-lies-of-ommission/ A lot of information about the film, not enough on where to purchase which is http://12roundproductions.com or http://liesofomission.com

I need to get better at this, but time flies and I get too involved in the issues being discussed. Okay, I admit it.

The Charlottesville Doctrine

Further demonstration of the fact that the terms Republican and Democrat have no meaning is the way the cowards and traitors of the Republican establishment have come out in favor of Antifa, the new KKK of both parties. There is no other way to interpret the vehemence with which the Bushes, Rubio, McCain, Cory Gardener, etc, etc have attacked Trump for pointing out the simple fact that violence was unleashed on the white supremacists and Nazis at the Charlottesville protest.

Like 'em or not, the white supremacists and Nazi's had a permit to rally and it was the responsibility of the state to protect that right and to protect the demonstrators. Those who did not have a permit were the Antifa counter-demonstrators, who arrived with weapons and the intent to inflict injury on the protesters. This is a coordinated attack on other Americans aided and abetted by the state and city governments.

What Antifa, with the help of government officials, including the police department and state police, have demonstrated to the entire nation, is that if someone has a point of view with which one disagrees, perhaps even vehemently, it should be countered with violence. I don't know what other message to take from the events of Charlottesville. It is a free for all.

In the days of the republic, folks like me allowed for these diverse opinions and points of view and allowed for peaceful demonstrations on behalf of opinions I found detestable, but no longer. Now that the principles of the republic have been done away with and civil discourse obliterated with violence, the sense of dedication to those principles is quickly diminishing.

Before, it was always a trade off, in order to have a civil society the worst points of view had to be tolerated. Now, when I see someone burn an American flag I no longer have to reflect on the whole purpose of the First Amendment and freedom of speech, I can (and should) as dictated by the Charlottesville Doctrine, stomp their head in.

This is the Charlottesville Doctrine: Protests held and engaged in by individuals with disgusting and socially objectionable points of view should be met with violence.

The Charlottesville Doctrine, just so you feel morally secure in these attacks is supported by U.S. Senators on both sides of the aisle. House of Representatives from both sides of the aisle, the media, judges, police officers, governors, mayors and state police. Have at it!

I discussed this on 580AM KUBC Aug 7 http://580kubc.com/t-l-davis-wrote-and-produced-lies-of-ommission/

Convert or Die? The Collectivist Question

After watching the events of Charlottesville through Twitter, blog posts like Virginia Freeman Jesse James, WRSA and through listening to news reports and media spin, I have stumbled upon a moment of absolute clarity. Civil War II has just begun.

Unlike morons like Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck and others who continue to virtue signal that this was  White Supremacist violence and that they detest it, they willingly forget that the KKK and others had a permit to demonstrate and that Antifa did not. There would have been no violence had Antifa been kept in check as they were in Pikeville, KY earlier this year. The talking heads of radio allow themselves to be ushered into the Antifa camp with their weak, spineless desire to be understood. Anyone with half a brain recognizes that no particular color of individual bestows virtue or evil simply by the fact of that color.

But, engaging in a discussion of race where Charlottesville is concerned is just as stupid as denouncing racism because of Charlottesville. Racism is a tool of the collectivist. The goal is to dismantle the American society by attacking whites and the symbols of white success by branding it oppression. The clear fact that Antifa was able to violently disrupt a legally permitted protest is the degree to which collectivist governments can side with collectivist militants in broad daylight and be cheered on by a vile, collectivist media.

These things are working together to complete the coup against the republic. Against the republic, not Donald Trump, Trump just got in the way, got elected and started doing what the people wanted him to do. The collectivists in both parties did not have the ability to pay him off, entrap him in a scandal or appeal to his "global" citizenship as they are so often able to do with establishment Republicans. Because of that, he has now got to be destroyed. Not, because he is Trump, but because Trump is not a collectivist.

An honest evaluation of the events in Charlottesville and to a lesser degree Seattle establish that Antifa is the new KKK, the militant arm of the collectivist political wing of the United States Government. With the assistance of state governments with their headquarters in the bright blue metropolitan areas, no conservative will be allowed to speak, the ideas of individualism and capitalism will always be considered racist and white supremacist and should some individual black man rise to the top of the social heap via capitalism, he will be denounced as a racist and logic be damned.

A good way to really understand that racism has nothing to do with Charlottesville is to read the account of Rich Higgins reported by Breitbart.com. Islamic Jihadists have been given cover for their violence in the United States as a part of the equation.

All of this comes up to one conclusion, that Civil War has been initiated by the Deep State through all of the actors it can find to help destroy the American culture, because it must be eradicated in order for something else to take its place. This has to happen with the grudging agreement of the people in order for it to be fully implemented, the best way to do that is to accuse anyone who disagrees with their goals of racism, islamophobia, xenophobia and on and on.

This is not brain surgery. Anyone who truly understands a collectivist understands the method of replacing one political system with another. At some point it comes down to blood and blood has now been shed in a convincing way.

In Pikeville, KY earlier this year, when the same White Supremacists gathered for a rally and the police did an excellent job of keeping the peace, Antifa later risked severe sanctioning when they went after the police, who quickly ushered out reinforcements of the riot squad. Antifa is the terrorist organization in this scenario. America has always been strong enough to hear disparaging and contradictory views without violence, but that is not the issue here. Collectivism and gaining violent experience for Antifa newbies is the purpose of what we saw in Charlottesville. In a factual world, Antifa would have been sanctioned by Democrats for causing the violence, but that would be a response of a true American government, not the collectivist hellhole it has become.

Today, the question is not whether or not one is a racist, but whether or not one is a collectivist, because the way the issue has been framed by the collectivists in government and the media is that if you are not one of them you are by definition a racist, or an Islamophobic or homophobic, because that is the way they intend to destroy not only you as a traditional American (of whatever color) but the traditional America and seize complete control of the nation. When they achieve that, complete control, the real killing will begin, so answer that question carefully. It is the Jihadist (and why they like them so much) question: "Convert or die?"

A Government In Rebellion

The USA is a failed state. It was charged at its founding to protect and defend the borders. Fail. It was charged with securing the rule of law. Fail. It was charged with securing the right of the people to be secure in their papers and effects. Fail. It was charged with protecting a citizens right to a fair trial, a thing lost in the current judicial system of trumped up charges and plea bargains. Fail. It was charged with requiring the popularly elected House of Representatives with making all legislation, that does not exist where 90% of all new legislation is considered "rules" and "regulations" and is originated and passed in committees of bureaucracies. Fail.

There is no area in which one might look where the language and intent of the Constitution is honored. This is more than just a problem, it is indicative of a failed political state. That there are those who benefit from this dysfunction is a fact, but it is not indicative of a functioning government. It is a government evolving from its intent to the opposite of its intent. Yes, it functions, but not to its purpose, which is to say if a tire is blown, with a big hole in it, it might still be used as a child's swing, but it no longer functions to its purpose.

The only purpose of the United States government is to deal with foreign powers, including native Indian tribes, settle disputes between the states and provide for the common defense. There are a few other responsibilities, but small in nature compared to those. It was not intended to have a say in every day activities of the people, to take a piece of every bit of commerce engaged in throughout the states. It was not intended to be the last say in every dispute. It was not intended to decide what cultural mores would be in effect in every state in the land. It certainly was not intended to produce government agencies with the ability to kill citizens with impunity at the behest of political officeholders. All of this and more is taking place. Why?

The United States Government is devolving from a government largely controlled by the population to a government bent on control of the population. That is a failure and until the American people come to understand that this is a government that has failed in every aspect of its charter, it will continue to devolve. There is no reconciliation available to a government impervious to the will of the people. This is what is on display when the president is attacked for pursuing the goals for which he was elected. It is a governmental rejection of the will of the people. And, since the government is only empowered by the consent of the governed, it is a government in rebellion against the people.

The people, therefore, are rightly empowered to rebel against the government. With the ultimate and intentional subversion of the will of the people through impeachment and removal of individuals given the consent to govern, the government bureaucracies will be in open rebellion against the people, a condition encouraged and supported in all collectivist governments, but wholly intolerable to those who claim to be a REPUBLIC.

One Day

There have been a lot of times when I have been ready to step off the porch and take up the torch of American freedom, but always I have been counseled that I am jumping too quick. Okay, I am the sort of barroom brawler that you would expect of oilfield trash, so my temper is often too short and my feet too quick to move, but as I have grown older, I have learned to take good counsel from others and submerge my more spontaneous instincts.

And, in the past, they have been right, it was too early, but that does not mean that the injustices weren't real, or that they didn't deserve a response, only that few others would have reacted the way I would and I would have been standing out there by myself, with no sympathy, with no support, just swinging alone and ridiculed by those who should have been standing next to me. Which harkens back to the concept of the initial Declaration of Independence, when it was understood that they either hung together or they would surely hang separately.

There is a moment when a government becomes so corrupt that it can no longer be tolerated by the people and I suggest that we are there. It is much more openly corrupt today than it has ever been. The Democrat Party is literally at war with the Republican President, not just angry at him, not just disappointed they didn't win, they have decided that he cannot be president. Well, what does that mean? When has that ever been true in American political history? It is exactly the reaction they found incomprehensible when they accused Trump of refusing to recognize the election if he lost.

The gloves are off. The media has openly chosen sides and are operating as a publicity machine for the coup. Understand that, they are providing aid and comfort to the conspirators to overthrow the duly elected President of the United States. Words don't have the power to convey the level of treason that is being played out before our eyes, in the headlines, with absolutely no repercussions from the Republicans in office. NONE.

But, at some point it stops being THEIR government and we have to step in and reclaim it, we have to decide what traitors will be allowed to get away with. It is our money they are wasting, it is our rules they are violating, it is our government they have commandeered and turned against us. Trump is irrelevant, people get hung up on not wanting to support Trump. Trump exposed them and their attitudes toward us, the people, the ones being forced to pay taxes to this money-laundering operation we call the U.S. Congress.

And, yeah, I will listen to those voices a little longer and let Trump and his administration try and deal with this corruption, but I don't have any expectations for his success. It is too far down the road, the mid-level bureaucrats have full control and they protect their own and punish their detractors. Mike Cernovich is catching all kinds of flak for pointing out that McMasters is a traitor and a plant.

Matt Bracken called it out right the other night on Hagmann, if you bothered to listen to the broadcast. You put Comey, Mueller and Rosenstein together and you find them in massive rebellion against the rule of law, just simply disregarding felonies and then McMaster comes along as a strong ally and reinstates Susan Rice's security clearance. When asked about it he said it was normal to do that. Well, Susan Rice is not a "normal" person and has not acted in a "normal" way in office, so, NO, he didn't have to renew that security clearance and shouldn't and having done so, he put himself in the "corrupt" category.

Where this goes past the government is these security leaks, these unmaskings, is putting this nation, meaning the ground I own, the people I love, in danger from outside forces. Open rebellion among the cities and states that claim "sanctuary" status for criminals are putting the property I own and the people I love in danger. Allowing jihadists into the nation out of some self-serving idea of compassion (understanding that is all propaganda) places the property I own and the people I love in danger. Just because it has not yet visited me personally, doesn't mean that it doesn't affect me.

The whole idea of a nation with armed forces is to protect all of that and if they either will not or cannot, then it is up to me to decide when I need to do so for myself. That is the part where the enemies of freedom have made so many gains, where this nation has been allowed to turn to a Soviet-style system, it is in accepting the idea that the government has to do all of these things for us and then all they have to do is refuse.

So, that's what you have to do for yourself, figure out how much corrupt government you are willing to pay for. You have to decide whether the collectivists in this nation are going to complete the conversion, or if you are going to stand up and deny them their prize. It's not like these questions are going to be asked of you sometime in the future, they are being asked of you today. Every time you sit by and watch another Hillary conspirator get her security clearance back after committing felonies against the security of this nation, you have to ask yourself these questions. One day the answer will be different from today and then it is time to do something.

Who are the people who are watching the crimes take place without consequence in society? They are the railroad employees, the truck drivers, electricians, mechanics, garbage collectors, etc. Now, ask yourself who it is that makes life possible for those who commit those crimes against this nation? Without breaking the law or hurting anyone you have the incredible power of persuasion at your hands (literally). All you have to do is one day decide that you are going to make things difficult for those who would gladly and enthusiastically put you in jail and destroy your life for nothing other than coming up against them politically.

DVDs Shipped Today

I thought, for all of those who stop by here to see what is happening with the film, I would let them know that of the perks earned during the fundraising events, 98% of all DVDs were shipped today. The other 2% will go tomorrow, but those are mostly from 2-10 copies being shipped, which had to be dealt with differently (bigger packages) than the 180 singles that could be mass processed. They are not particularly good pictures, but pictures of the cover art are below.
http://12roundproductions.com/store/cl/lies-of-omission-dvd                             http://12roundproductions.com/store/cl/lies-of-omission-dvd

The cover art isn't cut or professional, yet, but I thought some would like to see how it looks.

A very sincere thanks to everyone who dug deep in their pockets and had to trust that we could actually accomplish what we set out to do. The only rough spots were some financing issues that would occasionally spring up, but then we just waited until we had enough to do it. A lot of strings had to be pulled and a lot of people had to work for next to nothing, or literally nothing, some are still in negative territory and probably always will be, but it exists and it is not without the help, encouragement and willingness to trust of many, many of the people who read this blog, WRSA, Patrick Henry Society, David's work, Matt's novels, Claire's books and Sipsey Street Irregulars and followed our efforts after that site went dark and who followed the important writing of Mike Vanderboegh.

We hoped that it would be a tool for parents and grandparents to spread around the nursery, but there is plenty in there for neighbors and liberal relatives (but make them buy their own, or better, as a Christmas gift or birthday present). Seriously, this is a conversation starter and DO NOT fail to bring their attention to http://liesofomission.com where multitudes of support for the claims made in the film are being warehoused to debunk their debunkery, or for interested folks to read deeper and understand more about their world. Kit Perez and Pete White did an excellent job compiling that mass of information and it ties directly into the film.

So, thanks and if you still have a little energy, pump it up on social media sites. We have no distributor as yet and are trying to get one before we put out on VOD.

This Is Not The United States

There are all sorts of words to use to describe the mess the United States has turned into and keep in mind the United States is not America. America is where we live, it is outside on the porch under a summer sky; it is the used car in the back and the fridge on the porch; it is bug-zappers dangling from the post. The United States is a political construct, a simple agreement between long-dead ancestors.

To the extent that the Constitution arranged the agreement and sought at the same time to set out some ground rules as far as what the federal government would take care of (mostly external issues at the time) and what states would take care of, it worked, initially. Apparently, as long as no one ever questioned it, it continued to work, but when Bill Clinton (as Pete at WRSA pointed out) violated the oath with the absolute challenge to be stopped, the gig was truly up. What we have had since then is a sort of building police state.

What is the technical moment when the Constitution failed? Maybe that goes as far back as Theodore Roosevelt when he decided that it would be a good idea to occupy huge swaths of the Western states. Make no mistake, these are not states in the same way another state might have 3-5% federally-owned land somewhere as an island in the mass of privately-owned land. Western states are between 35-85% federally-owned lands. That is an occupation and I often refer to the Western states as the Occupied States of America.

Definitely, the Constitution had failed by the time Woodrow Wilson was supported by all of the big interests in oil, steel, railroad and banking. Having recognized how detrimental a president could be after Roosevelt leaned on these interests, they were going to have nothing to do with a "trust buster" like William Jennings Bryan and I am not saying that Bryan would have been any better, he had his own problems. It was a time of big unions and big corporations and the battles taking place between them, so going whole commie at the time might not have been the best move, either. It was a time very much like this one, where there are no good alternatives, the distant powers figured out that it was easier to buy a president than to ward off the federal government and America has never been the same.

But, the United States is not America. The land will live on beyond this political construct and the people will live on beyond the United States as well. This is OUR government, it is not theirs. We have let them run things and they have run them off a cliff. The Constitution survived as long as it could, perhaps. If it had the power to repair itself, it would have. If the people we have elected to office had any reverence for it at all, they would repair it, but it should be obvious to anyone paying attention that they are incapable of doing anything for the people. The people have been relegated to supplying the cash for their boondoggles at the threat of prison. I don't care how beautifully one writes the 16th Amendment into law, it is an abomination. It was passed and it was ratified and it was the biggest mistake the people of that century ever made, but there is no reason for us to obey it.

We are at that place in America where no agency of the government is going to abide by ANY of the Amendments to the Constitution that we do not defend with our lives and our firearms. Do you really think the Second Amendment would have survived without all of those unwilling citizens out in the hinterlands that have demonstrated that they will put up a fight? This nation would have long ago caved into the demands of a dictator were it not for that.

The real question is this: If you cannot preserve the ideals of individual freedom and free market trade with your neighbor via this political construct, how many collectivists do you have to kill to finally be left alone?

Fear, Imprisonment or Death

We know there is a war coming, but very few have thought what that will really be like. And, no one really knows what that will be like, including myself. We don't even know what it is going to start over, or where, so how could we possibly know what it will be like? But, we do have previews from a few recent European-style wars like Bosnia.

There are some folks who have a plan good enough to cover for a number of scenarios. It's good to have food and water. It's good to have some weapons and some planning about when and how to use them. But, that is really the crux of the issue anyway, isn't it? When?

It doesn't matter what we all loved about America way back when, it is not and will never be the same. We have entered some end game from whence there is no escape. If the liberals/commies finally got rid of Trump, a coup, no matter how well disguised or placed in front of the television as a necessary step to save the nation, it will be a coup against conservatives having their say. This is why so many globalist Republicans are up for it. Forget Trump, their rebellion is against the rule of law. It is against accountability and the more they can bring into their game of corruption, the safer they feel. The dangerous part of America today, is being honest.

It was only about a decade ago when Hugo Chavez nationalized the oil fields and the equipment, billions of dollars of rigs and support equipment. That was going to solve all of their economic problems, if they just didn't have greedy gringos sucking all of the funds out of the nation, it would be prosperous and vital. Guess not. This is not exactly where America is headed in every aspect, but it is where it is headed economically.

There are few who read this blog who are dyed in the wool Trumpists, simply because looking toward any political figure as a solution borders on retarded. But, looking toward politicians that would be worse than anything Americans can conceive of and going the other way is completely understandable. So, it doesn't matter who you voted for, if you did at all. This isn't about Trump, but one thing a bunch of people had better understand is that when they overthrow him, it will time to crank up the wreckage machine.

Understand, they are refusing us to have a say, to decide who will or will not enter the nation. These are the people who will quietly open the borders to anyone they see fit and if it goes down in flames the way Venezuela did, they will shake their heads and call it a failure of capitalism, or racism, or republicanism and it wouldn't have happened in a democracy. As stupid as that sounds, you can hear the echoes across the airwaves right now.

People spend way too much time trying to figure out what it all means. You don't have to know what it all means, all you have to know is what it means to you. They aren't trying to topple Trump, because they hate him, they are trying to topple Trump, because he is a symbol of us, the dirt people, the unwashed, the racists (and what they define as racism is white, no other explanation needed). The white Republicans hate us almost as much as the communists/socialist/liberals do. It's hard to tell the difference anymore, they are that far out on a ledge.

This is the last they ever want to deal with a Republican in office, which means they just want us to shut up. As Mike Vanderboegh said in LIES OF OMISSION, "...a collectivist defines peace as the silence of their enemies, through fear, imprisonment or death. That's how they define peace." That is exactly what they have planned, what they have been practicing and it is now time to go quietly into the ditch, or wake the hell up and oppose these petty tyrants.

American Hammer and Sickle

Incremental  collectivism is difficult to spot; it is sloth-like in its deliberation, but it does move and sometimes it helps to look back down the road to see how far it has come. Maybe that's also the only way to see where it's going.

Americans continue to think they live in a republic, but the republic is alive only when the Constitution is being faithfully read and adhered to, not when it is largely disregarded or interpreted into nothingness, especially where case law is considered "settled."

What clause allows for an establishment of a Department of Education? Well, the "necessary and proper" clause, of course. Except that the necessary and proper clause only applies to those limited powers enumerated in the body of the Constitution. Same with the "Commerce Clause" they have used to implement all manner of collectivism.

So, we discover that a school board dumps Common Core and grades soar in that school district. The point is that all of these things government takes control of are not simply mismanaged or screwed up, it is the intended purpose of these programs to deaden the senses of the people, encourage stupidity and make them open to the propaganda for collectivism and generally wear down the power of individualism and capitalism, while blaming individualism and capitalism for the dysfunction the government program is intentionally creating.

Our treasury is swamped by collectivist programs like Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, pensions and everything government has promised to provide for the people. Collectivists will point to the military budget as the culprit that dominates the budget, but it is the promises made to future generations that will bring the system down. This is because we allowed the con to be played. The military budget is huge, but largely due to the fact that it protects every socialist government in the Western world, who do not bother to build up their own military defenses when they can count on the United States military power to defend them against Russia or China or both. Since we have gone socialist, we will not be able to do that for them or ourselves.

And, they will blame individualism and capitalism for the failures of socialism and collectivism. Eventually, this inevitability plays out. Who will defend the principles that allowed the United States to grow from a small, largely agrarian nation to the powerful industrial defender it has been for the past hundred plus years?

We are at a point now where former CIA Directors suggest a coup against the sitting President of the United States and the collectivist press cheers the idea on. And yet, this treason is allowed. That is how far we have come toward a collectivist state. The whole layer of government just below the surface is rabid communist and it took someone like Trump to expose them. But, we do nothing about it, we look on in curiosity, because it is the President's task to do something with his entire law enforcement apparatus available to him.

Or, we just throw up the hammer and sickle.

The Trajectory of Collectivism

There is a reason certain things don't make sense. Here we are, all of us (humans) currently in a moment of time when nothing makes sense. This is always preparatory to war. In other words, things are not progressing in a rational way, but the nature of things have been hijacked and directed to the benefit of only a few.

When nature is progressing it is almost always to the benefit of the greater majority. As example, when the greatest number of human beings are toiling to their own benefit, the future progresses along one line, when those same human beings are being directed to the benefit of only a few, it progresses along another.

For example: the pyramids. The whole of society for generations had to be directed toward the construction of the pyramids in Egypt to create something that immense at that time. The individual slave did not benefit, but the existence of the pyramids have inspired awe and wonder at the society that built them. How many other huge endeavors were inspired by the fact that the pyramids existed in proof of what was possible?

While the average Joe (me) simply wants to take advantage of the opportunities that better life for himself and his family and does work that other people need done in order to make life better for them and their families, the elites look at that life and see waste: effort and time that could better be spent elsewhere to the benefit of (as they see it) of society. That they fail or refuse to see that their vision is selfish and cruel is beside the point.

The elites of today envision themselves modern day Pharaohs willing to enslave us all for their grand vision. What is that vision? Who knows? Who cares? The fact that they feel entitled to redirect our lives to serve their vision is enough for me, because in order to achieve their vision our lives must be redirected through voluntary financial benefit or force and either one will work for them.

The first thing they want to destroy is the concept of individual self-determination; which is the only goal, in my mind, worth pursuing. It is the fact that I see this as the goal and they see it as an obstacle that propels us toward conflict.

Unfortunately, when individuals are concentrated on pursuing their own individual goals of self-determination it creates a vacuum that attracts those who envision aggregating that energy, that resource, as they see it and putting it to use to build a pyramid of their design. So it is an inevitable cycle toward war.

The collectivist is unable to see individuals as valuable, it is only in the aggregate that humanity has any purpose at all. They require that the bulk of humanity be dedicated to their vision and the others, the individualists who cannot be directed, must be eliminated by one method or another. The hive mentality is one indicator of alignment of individualism toward the collective. The more the hive rejects anything that does not benefit the collective, the closer we are to conflict.

Viewing the media and the Congress through this filter lets you know how far along the continuum we have come. The Republicans in Congress are not interested in revering individual liberty, they are focused on adjusting the trajectory of collectivism. To that extent the experiment of the United States has failed. It cannot be fixed. The small doses of collectivism, or individual cooperation, that were necessary to build the infrastructure for extended liberty have consumed the host and the goal of liberty is lost.
